Ali's brother along with Aya's best friend (who also ended up getting married), played Cupid by setting Ali and Aya up.

Ali asks Aya out on their first date, but decides not to make a reservation. They arrive only to find out the place has closed down! Thankfully, Aya decides to go with the flow.

Fast forward through over a year of dating and surviving everything -from unreserved dates, to a global pandemic, and an economic crisis (no biggie)- Ali moves to Dubai.

Aya then moves to Dubai, putting an end to their long-distance phase, and starting their new chapter together.

In a heart-melting moment (far more planned than their first date), Ali gets down on one knee and pops the question of a lifetime.

Ali and Aya officially get engaged, and are now eagerly counting down the days to celebrate their big day in June 2024, with you by their side!
